Legal Notice for Drago

Scope: These terms govern the use of our webshop and the services we provide. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Orders: Orders can only be placed by individuals over the age of 18, unless parental consent has been provided.
Pricing: All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Product Availability: We make every effort to display the availability of our products accurately. In case of unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, MobilePay, Dankort and others, visible at checkout. Payments are processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Shipping Methods: We ship using Shipmondo and GLS Denmark. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Countries: We currently ship to Denmark.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and order size. You will be informed of the shippings costs before placing your order.

Return Policy: You have the right to return products within 60 days of receiving the product, provided the product/products are unused and in their original packaging. For detailed instructions on how to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service.
